We aim to reply to email within one working day. For anything urgent on the day of collection or return, please call.
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the refund depends on how far ahead of your collection date you let us know.
- More than 14 days before collection: 100% refund, less a £25.00 admin fee.
- Between 7 and 14 days before collection: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before collection: no refund.
- If we have to cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund.
The full hire amount is taken at the time of booking. VAT (if applicable) is shown on your booking confirmation and invoice.
A copy of your invoice is attached to the confirmation email, and your signed rental agreement is available from the link in that email or from your customer portal.
A £500 deposit is pre-authorised (held) on your card around 12 hours before collection — it is not charged unless there is damage or another issue when the vehicle is returned.
Before collection we need a copy of your driving licence and a recent utility bill (issued in the last 3 months) to verify your address. Both can be uploaded from your customer portal.
